Your Travel Business: The Compensation Plan

1. Refer Travel Agent (RTA) – Initial fee of $500 and a monthly license fee of $49.95
• As an RTA you have purchased an online Travel Agency in accordance to the agreement with YTB Travel Network. The $49.95 monthly license fee is for your own website. The main objective of an RTA is to refer people to your online Travel Agency website to book travel so you can earn a commission.
2. Independent Marketing Representatives or "REP" - Free
• As an Independent Marketing Rep you have an agreement with YTB.com to sell online Travel Agencies, to enroll RTA's and to sponsor other Reps. You will earn a commission on personal online Travel Agency sales, however you cannot receive travel licensure and cannot sell travel.
Each position builds teams of reps and RTA’s. A complete team is comprised of 3+ personally sponsored Reps and 6 RTA’s actively enrolled with YTB. When a complete team is formed, you are able to begin developing your Power Team. Of course you will continue to build teams to generate a commission.
